About:

• Completed his first Diploma in Development and Training 1998.

• Received a recognition from the Government of Australia for developing soccer

• Been involved with various levels of football from grassroots to Regional programs.

• Delivered curriculum-based programs since 2005.

• Built club curriculums, philosophies and whole of football plans.

• Been part of the process of Male and Female players that have gone on to play college, professionally and at an international level

• Bazza has seen 1000`s of 9 yr old soccer players become good adults

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop the “SoCal Reds FC DNA” and build out SoCal Reds FC personalized resource platform on PlayMetrics through the correlation of knowledge and experiences across the club.

• Provide support to SoCal Reds FC Technical and Academy Directors.

• Provide Coach support with their continued development.

• Observe coaches' practices and games and provide feedback through evaluations and In person meetings.
